Pendley Manor was still a family home until 1983 owned by Dorian Williams. In 1989 Pendley Manor opened as a 24-bedroom hotel, allowing guests once again to revel in the elegance and beauty of a bygone era. In June 1991, the Harcourt extension was completed offering a further 47 bedrooms, 6 conference rooms and an elegant ballroom. A further 3 bedrooms, an indoor leisure club and beauty treatment rooms were added two years later.

This splendid manor house is set in 35 acres of wooded parkland and offers modern facilities in historic surroundings. The property boasts an indoor pool and a gymnasium.

The peaceful manor has an AA Rosette for its dining, while the Shakespeare Bar and Peacock Conservatory Lounge are relaxing spaces for drinks. The conservatory overlooks the garden and has an outdoor terrace.

Pendley Manor has close links with Whipsnade Zoo, while Chiltern Forest Golf Club is just a few minutes' drive away.
